Welcome to our online registration!
Dui School is for those individuals that have been arrested for DUI, had a DUI
reduced to reckless driving or received a drug charge. DUI School will satisfy
the Court and Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. If your case is
dropped in Court or DHSMV, you may still need to attend DUI School to satisfy
the other entity. Level I is a 12-hour course and a two-hour evaluation. Level
II is a 21-hour course and a 2-hour evaluation. The evaluation is a one-hour
written questionnaire and a one hour face-to-face interview with a State
Certified evaluator. If you have EVER had a previous DUI in any state, or had a
DUI reduced to reckless driving or dismissed in Court, you will need to attend
Level II.
NOTE: You must live or work in Brevard, Orange, Osceola or Seminole
Counties to qualify for this enrollment. All others must apply at their
local DUI School.
Please have the items listed below as they will assist you in the
registration process:

Drivers License Number

Crash Report)

Court Disposition or Order (Only required if one has already appeared in court
or if one has been convicted)
If you do not have the above mentioned items at the time of your evaluation, you will not be seen and will need to reschedule, at a charge of $75.00. All items are available at the Clerk of Court in the county of arrest.

If false or misleading information is given concerning previous DUI arrests,
convictions or previous attendance at a DUI program, Florida Safety Council
reserves the right to charge the full Level II DUI program fee in addition to
any fees paid and the Level II DUI course will be required.
The Level II DUI course is for persons who have previously attended the Level I
DUI course or have been convicted two or more times of an offense requiring DUI
school attendance.
Payment of fees is acknowledgement and agreement to the program rules and
regulations. All fees payable to The Florida Safety Council, Inc. are
non-refundable.
DUI Level 1: Requirements for eligibility include: No
